Keto Cheeseburger Casserole
Ingredients
- Minced beef (600g)
- Onion, diced (1/2)
- Garlic (2 cloves)
- Mustard (1 tbsp)
- Sugar-free ketchup (1/2 cup)
- Pickles (1/2 cup)
- Cheddar cheese (1.5 cups)
- Eggs (3)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Brown beef with onion and garlic. Drain fat.
- Stir in mustard, ketchup and pickles.
- Whisk eggs and mix with cheese.
- Combine beef with egg mixture and pour into baking dish.
- Bake 20 minutes until set.
Tips
Top with bacon or jalapeños. Serve with salad or coleslaw.
