Ingredients

  • Cauliflower florets (500g)
  • Almond flour (1 cup)
  • Parmesan cheese, grated (1/2 cup)
  • Garlic powder (1 tsp)
  • Smoked paprika (1 tsp)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Hot sauce (1/3 cup)
  • Butter
  • melted (3 tbsp)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
  3. Add cauliflower florets and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Spread cauliflower on baking tray in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway for even crisping.
  6. In a small bowl mix hot sauce with melted butter.
  7. Remove cauliflower from oven, toss in sauce and return to oven for another 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with keto-friendly dip.

Tips

For extra crispiness use an air fryer for the final 8 minutes. Adjust heat by choosing mild or hot sauce. Add cayenne pepper for extra spice. Serve with celery sticks and ranch dip.
