Keto Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
Ingredients
- Cauliflower florets (500g)
- Almond flour (1 cup)
- Parmesan cheese, grated (1/2 cup)
- Garlic powder (1 tsp)
- Smoked paprika (1 tsp)
- Salt and pepper
- Hot sauce (1/3 cup)
- Butter
- melted (3 tbsp)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Add cauliflower florets and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread cauliflower on baking tray in a single layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway for even crisping.
- In a small bowl mix hot sauce with melted butter.
- Remove cauliflower from oven, toss in sauce and return to oven for another 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with keto-friendly dip.
Tips
For extra crispiness use an air fryer for the final 8 minutes. Adjust heat by choosing mild or hot sauce. Add cayenne pepper for extra spice. Serve with celery sticks and ranch dip.
