Keto Cheeseburger Casserole

This keto cheeseburger casserole delivers all the flavour of a classic burger without the bun. Packed with seasoned beef, melted cheese and tangy pickles, it’s a comforting one-pan meal perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • Minced beef (600g)
  • Onion, diced (1/2)
  • Garlic (2 cloves)
  • Mustard (1 tbsp)
  • Sugar-free ketchup (1/2 cup)
  • Pickles (1/2 cup)
  • Cheddar cheese (1.5 cups)
  • Eggs (3)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Brown beef with onion and garlic. Drain fat.
  3. Stir in mustard, ketchup and pickles.
  4. Whisk eggs and mix with cheese.
  5. Combine beef with egg mixture and pour into baking dish.
  6. Bake 20 minutes until set.

Tips

Top with bacon or jalapeños. Serve with salad or coleslaw.
