Keto Recipe: Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve over cauliflower rice.
