Keto Recipe: Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve over cauliflower rice.
